Used to be very good. Reopened and food was not good at all.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. My shrimp hibachi was fantastic and the sushi was great as well! Great spot in Alex City!

The quality has greatly gone downhill. This used to be one of my favorite places, but today's visit was terrible. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time and then two of our orders came out 15 minutes ahead of our other order - and the first two orders were cold. Not cold like they had been waiting on the counter to be picked up, but cold like just out of the fridge. They seemed understaffed and the staff that were working seemed like they'd rather be literally anywhere else. Too many things went wrong for us to ever consider going back, and that's sad because we used to enjoy it.

The best rice ever!!! and the yum yum sauce is AMAZING!! And you can’t forget the chicken!! This is like my favorite place ever!

Amazing food!

Good food, great sushi. Only thing stopping a five star rating is that I feel the staff could be a bit more interactive with the customers. Would definitely be better then!

Let's just say this is the best Chinese/Japanese in town. The atmosphere is great if your looking to have a Somewhat up scale dinning experience. The food is amazing always fresh and and hot. The service is also amazing the staff does not rush you and ensure that your satisfied. I love the sushi here almost every trip I have order it rather to eat in or takeout. If you're looking for a place to take that special someone or just to try something different this is definitely a good choice. You want regret trying Sakura Bistro

Not aweful, not great. Menu and buffet, I'd go with the menu. Use collard/mustard greens in place of nori but won't tell you.

Great sushi selection and I've never had a complaint with anything they've served. The waitresses are polite and provide good service. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in search of a good Asian meal and/or sushi.

Friendly staff. Always make sure you get what you ask for. Food is always fresh. Love to eat here regularly.

Terrible customer service. I ordered the happy family and the broccoli had a bad taste so I told the manager. Long story short... She wanted me to pay to for that meal and for the replacement..I refused . She refused to cooperate... Police got involved.. Problem solved.. Well never go back

Very tasty! I want to start by saying my wife and I eat Japanese style food quite a bit, like almost twice a week. The food here is very good for a small town that we live in. The chicken and vegetables were cooked through perfectly, we like a little crunch with our vegetables. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get. Lunch: $6.00 - $10.00. Dinner: $8.00- $15.00. My family (four of us) can eat for about $35.00, we drink water also. FYI: this is not a cook in front of you Habachi style either. Although they do have a Sushi bar in the center, and it is tasty also.

We arrived on a rainy Wednesday afternoon,it was not crowded. Several football screens played the football game. Soup and salad were delicious, sushi was fresh. The Lake Martin Roll & the US280 were awesome. Service was friendly and we will go back.

Absolutely rediculous... I was seated and waited for 45 minutes before I left unnoticed... I was never visited by anyone so I didn't even get to place an order

Delicious! We ordered a bunch of things to-go, lo mein, fried rice, a roll, s&s chicken, pepper beef, ragoons, etc (at least 8 items). It was ready for pick up in 10 mins, everything was fresh and very tasty!

The sushi is normal ingredients nothing special not trained in the art of sushi. However it’s fresh and made to order.Staff is friendly, however I’m the only customer in the building and trying to have a nice meal. Problem is all the staff are on their phones. Looking at the space and time the place could be filled if a little more effort was put such as a chef standing in front of the sushi cleaning or prepping sushi. Wish they had smoked salmon being a “fusion” place shouldn’t be limited to basic sushi and Ramon dishes.4 stars should be 3 could be a 5!! Spruce it up!

The tempura was really greasy, the salad was drowning in dressing, and the sushi was half normal size. But everything had great potential. I'd come back.

Their food is okay but all the chicken is the same it just has the different sauces on it.

Great restuarant with a complete Chinese and Japanese entrees. My food was delicious and the service was excellent. The decor is very nice and pleasant.

Nice sushi for such a small town. The only reason no 5 star is because there is one waitress who doesn't speak English well and always misses something with the order. Literally everyone else is inviting and keeps me coming back multiple times a week.

Excellent house lo mein

Appetizers, salads, and food came back to back. The table ended up over crowded and it felt like we were rushed to eat. Also everyone in our party of 3 adults and 1 kid has upset stomach by the time we got home.
